Delete your Meethi Golee account You can ask us to delete your Meethi Golee account and the personal information attached to it at any time. This page explains what happens, what we have to keep, and how to ask. This applies to the Meethi Golee mobile app and to meethigolee.store — they are the same account. How to request deletion Email **support.meethigolee@gmail.com** from the email address on the account, with the subject line **Delete my account**. If you cannot email from that address, message us on WhatsApp at **+91 62631 14727** and tell us the email address or phone number on the account, and we will verify it before deleting anything. You can also ask from inside the app: **Account → Request account deletion**. #### What gets deleted - Your customer account and profile - Your name, email address and phone number - Your saved delivery addresses - Your marketing preferences - Your notification settings, and the record that links your phone to your orders for delivery updates Once deleted, you will stop receiving order notifications, and signing in with that email will no longer find any history. #### What we have to keep, and why We are required by Indian tax law to keep records of completed sales. So .we retain, for eight years from the date of the order: - Order records and invoices, including what was bought, the amount paid and the delivery address used - Payment records held by our payment provider These are kept only to meet legal and accounting obligations.
